for ur information also when he said stop talking to me i did stop. i didn't talk to him after and then i got warned .!!!!

But he chat muted him.

And also Carl is not allowed to handle this as per the Appeals Policy. (Sure the title of the policy is Ban Appeals but I would say that warning appeals still fall under this policy.)
