-Someone joining , committing MassRDM and then leaving to avoid his punishment
-Someone having to many recents , being warned about being banned if he would get more , then he procceds to break more rules
-People being blatantly homophobic or racist

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X.
I have read trough your unban appeal and have made my mind . Your unban request has alot of effort put into it , and your apology seems very sincere .After viewing your recent punishments , It seems that this is your first ban on our servers , therefore I will be accepting your unban request and you will be allowed to play on our servers again. Keep in mind that you will be on thin ice , so please follow the server rules and do not get into trouble.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I've spent 95% of my time as staff on Zarp as an Admin and I got really comfortable with the role and everything the role includes.Not much else I can say to fill 100 words , I have the experience and I have the activity.
