Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
The ban command can be used in a case where a player is constantly, even after being punished for it :
- micspamming / chat spamming.
- being racist / homophobic.
In other cases, you may also use the ban command in case of :
- ghosting (by checking the ulx / friends command and checking how the players react on their kills).
- Mass RDM & LTAP
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would approach the banned player by saying that I'll be the one handling his appeal.
However, to get a good grasp of the events that happened, I would say that I need to talk to the staff who issued the ban.
Once everything is discussed with the Staff Member:
Why I should be promoted :
I have been a moderator on the server for 3 weeks now and I gotta admit that the start was rough, asking questions about what is the best to do. For that, I always strive to learn about these experiences and keep on getting better as a player and as a staff member and I'm not afraid to ask questions for that. I think I may be able to learn a lot from those experiences (even if I may have done some mistakes and I'm sorry for that).
Besides, I really enjoy the server's atmosphere and I'm glad I got my Mod application got accepted and I hope it will go through as an admin as well.

I would post on the forums to commending for posting on the forums and appealing to their ban. Then, I would tell them that will be unbanned from the server. However, I would say that they need to be more careful from now on and to read thoroughly the rules on the forum, in order to avoid another punishment like this
