Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
When a player joins the server and is completely new to bhop, I would offer to teach them the basics of strafing, and bhopping in general. After teaching them I would find some tutorials to recommend for them that go way more in depth and go into advanced settings.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If a user is text/mic spamming, the punishment I would give would be based off the messages/things they are saying. For example: If a user is mass spamming racism, i would mute them instantly for 5 minutes and i would make sure they know they know why they have been muted. But if it is not as intense as racism i would give them a second chance before muting them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

If someone is exploiting on the server, I would instantly let them know that they need to stop. If they continue to exploit I will punish them and if they REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY want to keep exploiting I would call a higher up on to ban them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I should be chosen for this position because I have recently started playing bhop and im really enjoying it. I am a very dedicated and active staff member on SSRP, and I would like to become part of the bhop team aswell. I would like to expand my staffing abilitys and I feel like I would enjoy staffing on bhop as much as i do on SSRP.
