Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming

I would personally first verbally warn them to stop, and if they continued I would simply gag/mute them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server

If I saw someone exploiting on the server I would give them two warnings to stop what they're doing, if they do not correspond I would punish them in a way I see fit - Depending on the situation and the type of the exploit.

You witness someone follow their teammate around and constantly trying to get them killed (eg: getting in their line of sight consistently on purpose). How would you deal with this?

I would tell the Griefer to stop immediately if they wished to continue on playing, I would give them a few verbal warnings and if they wouldn't listen or play by the rules I would punish them depending on the severity of their griefing.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words)

So I have been a staff member on ZARP for almost a year now (if you don't count my 4-5 month break), and I always wanted ZARP to have a TF2 server. TF2 Has always been my favourite game and I was so happy to see the server suggestion accepted.(ty clarky you have a big todger) I really enjoy playing TF2 and now that my favourite community has a server on there I'd be more than happy to help out. Some of you might know how much time I spent on TF2 and that is truly because I fucking love the game. I probably (IM gUESSinG) have the most of hours on Team Fortress 2 on ZARP. (Just a guess I'm too lazy to actually check lmaooo). I'm currently holding the rank of TTT Moderator and TTT Gamer. so ye
