Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
If this is just chat/mic spam i would direct message them telling them to stop with what they're doing, after some initial warning(s), if they keep chat/mic spamming this would result in Chatrestriction/MicMute (a kick if necessary)

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If this exploit makes the server unplayable, laggy, stutter (and more of the kinds like giving an unfair advantage over the other players) looking in the commandprompt might help you find the person exploiting, if not, contacting an admin or higher will do the job and will get the person in question banned from the server, the priority lies with the playerbase and looking for a way to fix that exploit.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
The therm ghosting is telling hunters where props are/what they are, through chat, mic or other ways like discord, Skype and teamspeak (if they make it obvious), Ghosting gives an unfair advantage for hunters and makes the game really lame to play.
*Scenario:
You as a prop transform into a sausage on the map ph_restaurant, someone on your team dies and spectates you, you are hiding away and could win the round, but the spectator tells the hunters where you are and what you are, making you a bulls eye and giving the hunters an unfair advantage, this results in you getting killed and losing the round.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have been Mod/Admin/Headadmin on different servers, playing different modes. I know my ways of being a helpful moderator and a supportive staff member for the newbies on the server, helping them out in all sorts of tasks. As stated before, the playerbase is a priority. And the role of a staffmember, starting from the bottom is learning, helping and understanding how to deal with certain people in certain situations. My recommended time might not be there, but i am capable of being a worthy Mod and helping out wherever i can, when i can.

I don't know if this information relates to anything or could help out in an outcome that's beneficial for the server. I'd like to add some of the previous servers i've worked for as staff.

Little story time
I've been staff on Ruu's Playground for over a year, working my way to the top. That server got close to my heart, lots of online friends that i know until this day i met on that server. As soon as you joined that server, you didn't feel threatened by others, everyone did what they were doing. Sadly the sever rapidly fell apart, after working for this amazing server for over a year, it pained me that the owner, announced that the server was going to close down due to non active players on the server, not enough donations and such... Sadly, the server is no more.

I just love being staff, helping people out in a rightful, respectful and correct manner. Not only does it feel great to help people out, it's just a great experience to be staff, not because of the power that comes with it (i've had my fair share with abusers in the past) but the satisfaction that comes with it. After being staff on PH for months and months, eventually going towards Sandbox, i want to go back to the reason why i bought this game so long ago, PH. Back to my roots in this game. I'll take every ounce or kilogram of criticism and turn it into a point of improvement.
