Well in all honesty free healthcare isn’t much better. You get taxed much higher, wait times are way longer and the quality of the healthcare is usually lower (I live in Canada which is under a free healthcare system, taxes are outrageous)

They make you pay like 1k just for one visit, free healthcare is so much better even if tax is higher
