The only real complaints I have are in the application itself, specifically the ban reasons, as an admin you cannot ban someone for hacking, get a Lead Team member on to try to deal with it or gather evidence (ie. a recording), don't take it into your own hands to punish them, and bans for recents usually scale from 6 upwards, and you'd usually pm them before warning them that if they get any more punishments they'll get bans. I have no issues in-game regarding attitude/activity, if you have a decent report count come the meeting you'll likely have my vote if you've fixed up the ban reasons.
