Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone has too many recent punishments. If someone Mass RDM's and leaves to avoid punishment. If someone is exploiting. Possibly ghosting, dependable.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
After having some consistent activity within the last week and these few days, I am ready to return to the Zarp Community. I am already experienced on the server and know all the rules. I'm always active on the server everyday, making sure no one is breaking the rules. I know how to use the RDM Manager and the ULX Menu. I also noticed that most staff is not online during my time which would be night time for me. I know what I'm doing with this role and I make sure that I carry out my duties in the TTT Server. This is not my first round being an Administrator. I make sure that I get on everyday, check for any reports, recent punishments, and any other rule breakers out there and deal with them accordingly with the correct punishment.

Thank you for putting your effort and time to create your appeal. It seems that you are very reasonable, apologetic, and dedicated to continue on playing. This is your first ban as well.
