I don't know if this is just me, but applying instantly week after week gives me the impression that you don't care to improve on your denial reason(s) nor the feedback you receive from the community before applying straight away (not saying that's it's impossible to change things like that within a week, it's just the impression it gives off especially after being denied so many times and then applying instantly without trying to improve). Your time has been decreasing for a while now, and you haven't even been on for the past 3 days. I don't know your exact report count last week, but the staff team deemed it too low, so I'll be recycling my feedback.
