3 days is pretty standard for your first ban, but being overly racist and getting punished twice for it in a span of a week doesn't look good. It makes me think that if you got unbanned, nothing would change. So I think you should wait out your ban. While you don't have any previous bans, you have plenty of other punishments. I personally think you should take a 3 day break to cool off.
