When people apply for staff, we want them to be trusted within the community and to be following the rules.
You currently have 3 recent punishments so that's a problem. We also want people to have consistent activity of 2 weeks which you do not have. I suggest waiting around 2 weeks before applying again to fix your rapsheet aswell as your activity.
