As stated when you join the server, you need to use the command /restore all in chat in order to restore printers lost if the server restarted. I've checked over the logs (all logs since January 2nd 2019) and it doesn't seem that you ran this command at all in chat. Bear in mind that running the command through console would not work, and you need to include either "all" or the actual name of the specific entity in the command, as stated in the message when you connect.
