You have very good activity, and from what I know you're handling a lot of reports, which would be great. My concern however is that I've gotten a lot of notifications from people about you handling situations falsely and have seen it happen a couple of times myself. The first week you definitely had a rather rough start as I had to help you out with quite a couple of things, various commands and such. Yesterday, I had claimed a report from a user who had 4 reports on him and the three others weren't responded to at the time. I tap out to answer a question I had gotten from a user and once I get back in you had claimed the other three and punished the rulebreaker (not sure if this is an one-off, but it still shouldn't have happened). You seem like a really nice guy and I feel like you're slowly improving, but you could definitely use more time to gain experience.
