Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban
The appropriate way I would use an ban is when someone continuously both mic and chat spam, constantly being racist, constantly being homophobic, constantly being toxic towards players and staff as well and Gags as well.
Other situation where I would use the ban,
1. When a player is ghosting along with his friend if they are still doing it.
2. Mass RDM+LTAP.
3. Too many recants like 7 at less.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be
First of all I would read player x appeal first and then I would say to player x is hi player I would be handling your appeal today but I would first have to speak to the staff why you were banned in first and give the news after that. After reading it I would contact the staff who banned him and ask to see if player x is trustworthy and if it was okay to unbanned him, after speaking to staff if it would be okay to unbanned him I would go on the forums and say to player x hi player x after talking to the staff that banned u and reading through u appeal I am happy to announce that your are office unbanned and are welcome back to the server but please learn from the mistakes from your banned and be on your best behaviour for now on so. Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words
I am going to say this at the start, the start of being a mod was tough I did made some mistakes along the way and it was really slow for to get to the level where I’m at now , but once’s I started to learn the ropes and I ask for help from the great staff that when things started to click for me and I was able to mange to handle things like reports really well and became something I really enjoy doing. I feel that maybe it the right moment for me to go for a promotion as admin now because, the reasons I should be chosen to be an admin is that I am a very hardworking staff who would put his 100% into the role as a admin and I would never give up in the role and I would try to learn the ropes as admin as I go along and I would be something I would enjoy doing as well.
I know it been nearly a month now since I was a mod but I feel that maybe it really the right time to go for it now, I also know I have made some mistakes in nearly mistakes but I am hopping one or two good would be enough to gain enough of you're trust for the role of a admin.
