Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

It would be appropriate to ban a player if they have aquired a large amount of punishments in the last 2 weeks. In my opinion anywhere from 5-8 would be an acceptable number of punishments to ban at depening on the situation and timeframe, for example if someone has gotten wanred 4 times in 1 day and gets autobanned then comes back from the autoban and breaks more rules then it is acceptable to ban them as they need to take some time to read the rules. On the other end if they have 7ish punishments in 2 weeks but some are old and will soon expire i would be a bit more lenient if it was a genuine mistake and they are trying to follow the rules and not just going around prop killing.

Other situations where it would be approriate to ban someone are for things like:

• Mass RDM then leaving the server to avoid punishment
• Mass RDM then after taking the autoslays as punishment they mass RDM again
• Getting banned then coming back on another account
• Being a member of the burger gang

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would start by getting in contact with the staff member who issued the punishment to ask them about the situation, as the ban was for exploiting i would like to know how serious what they were doing was as i can think of a few that arnt as bad as something like finding away to crash the server. After finding out the full story and discussing with the banning staff member what their opinion on the appeal is my response to the appeal could go one of two ways.

If the user has been banned for a decent amount of time and seems apologetic enough


If the user has been banned for only a day

Idk im not really good at this part. I have experience staffing and i often play at times when no there are no staff members online and i want to be able to help the server and punish the RDMers.
