What qualities as a staff member should you have?
As a staff member you should have a large number of positive qualities that can help you administer the server in a calm effective manner. These qualities include;

Fairness: a staff member must always be fair, and only take the evidence that is at hand into the equation, and not personal feelings or opinions. If a staff member deals with their own situation, there is no way they can realistically be impartial - humankind will always have their own subconscious prejudices tainting our decisions, and the easiest way to fix that issue is to ensure that we don’t deal with the issues that are likely for us to have prejudged.

Professionalism: While on duty a staff member must always be professional, as when on duty they are representing the server and the staff team as a whole, and therefore should conduct themselves in a manner fitting of this trust. Admins spamming, swearing excessively, and generally being mean spirited to other users will cause people to see the whole staff team - and by extension the server - in this manner, which will make them less likely to return to the server to play again in the future

Communication: A staff member must be able to efficiently communicate on the server, either with a clear mic and understandable voice, or with quick and easy to read typing skills. This is needed so that you can easily communicate with players. If a player cannot communicate with you well, you will have trouble hearing the issues they have had, and how you can help them in their roleplay experience.

Active: A staff member must be active and on duty often, as a staff member you are volunteering to give up your RP time to help the players and community of the Cloud Gaming server so that they are able to enjoy an uninterrupted and excellent RP experience. If staff are not active, we end up with issues where the server is empty of active staff - this causes problems where the server descends into chaos until active staff can come online and fix the issue.

Team Oriented: The staff team is just that, a team, and therefore you must be able to work with other staff members to appropriately administer the server. If the staff team is working well together, it ensures that we are able to function effectively as a team - arguments and rivalries amongst us cause divisiveness, and therefore impair our function to properly administer the server and ensure that the rulebreakers are kept in check

Commitment: A staff member must be committed to doing their best to help the server, and to make it a better place for the users who play on it every day. It is important to ensure that you are able to dedicate the time to play on the server - You don’t have to be active, or on duty, 24/7, but ensuring you meet the requirements and do your fair share of work amongst the staff team, you have this quality.
