TS3/Discord Related

How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
I would talk to both the person being bullied and the person bullying to make sure I hear both sides of the story. If i find that the person bullying is guilty i would punish him/her appropriately.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:

Mute
Used when a user mic/text spamming, being racist/disrespectful or rude.

Kick
Used when a user continues to spam, being disrespectful or breaking the rules in any other way after being told to stop.

Ban
Used when a user is threatening someone, spamming after being kicked.

Move
Used to move a user to a private space(a spacer as example) if you want to speak with them privatly

Remove Message
Used if someone sends an inappropriate message/image

I have a lot of experience moderating discord servers (i currently run my own server and moderate 2 others). Im active on discord every day, only time im not is when sleeping. I'd like to think that im a helpful person and I do whatever I can to help a user in need.
