Bordy will need to gather his own evidence of the RDM since both of you are telling different stories.

I think the LT would also appreciate if you could provide a video of the full raid, from start to end. Spoiling in a video like this can cause confusion and I think you need to provide the full video. a CM+ may also need to check the logs if Tactical insertion points were used as you claim they were breaking raid timer.
