1. First situation would be if a player broke many rules recently and honestly deserves something more.
2. Secondly, any attempt to disrupt server's proper status, meaning trying to crash it.
3. Third, I would consider scamming/causing major chaos on the server as an immediate reason to ban someone.

The F1 menu is an administrative center for every staff member of SSRP. It is an essential tools to handle player help requests properly.

The center is divided into:

• Admin Requests section
This is where staff member can claim a report and handle it. Alongside comes the ability to teleport reporter, copy his SteamID or discard report as spam.


• Warnings section
This section allows every staff member to check the most recent warnings. It displays warned players with their SteamID, reason of last report, staff who issued warning and total amount of recent warns.


• Logging section
The section propably most used to check what exactly happened. Server actively saves the logs of kills, arrests, job changes, NLR violations, hits and who joined/left the server. Staff member would not be able to handle anything without it.


• Active NLR section
At last, the final section which displays people who currently have an active NLR in specified district of the map.

First, I would kindly ask Player A to stop and improve his behaviour. If it would continue, then I would issue a voice/chat mute with reason of interrupting staff duties. I would explain him the reason aswell.

The most essential part is to contact staff member, who issued the ban and discuss entire situation. Afterwards we would come to a conclusion whether banned player deserves an unban. In both situations (denying and accepting) I would post a message:

It won't be exaggerated if I state, that I've grown up with ZARP. It was a place of my childhood and now it is a great place to chill after work. Everyday I do my best to ensure, that server is clear of rulebreakers with as much powers as moderator allows me - and to be honest, it's not that much + it's way more difficult. I want to continue my service towards SSRP, but I have a feeling mod only keeps me in the back. I've encountered situations where freezing minges would be difficult due to lack of physgun powers. Promotion would allow me to cover wider range of F1's and most importantly - I could handle them much faster without loss of quality of service. For the last month I have not received a warning as a player or moderator, I was talked to by Richard and I want to thank him for, hmm ... I would call it "mentorship". In this time I was able to refresh the rules to myself (due to my last absence) and I personally think, that I am ready for Administrator responsibility.
