Random Deathmatch / RDM Consists of One player Killing another player for no given reason.

- eg. A player named "BestPotato777" Is walking down the road to go to the mine and a player named "GamingPotato666" come and take a gauss rifle and kill him and run away. "BestPotato777" report this situation with f1 to the admins and they will help him proceed to have "GamingPotato666” punished with a warn or eventually a ban.

New life rule (NLR) Basically is when player dies in one area (Doesn't matter the reason) He may not go back where he died because he is not supposed to remember what happened in his past life. Nlr time it 2-3 Minutes and he may not return until the time limit or raid is over. }

Eg: GamingPotato666 has been raided in his house at suburbs . he gets killed in his house. And he respawn, he may not go back untill the raid, or NLR Period is over.

I would tp to the player who has made the report and ask him if I can bring him to a roof, bring him and ask him to tell me his side of the story, check logs, ask if he got proof to support his report (if needed). After that, I will go to the player who killed him and ask him if I can bring him for a sit, bring him, and ask him his side of the story. If he indeed rdmed him, I will check his warnings to see if there his a track of him rdming people recently. If it's the first time he has been caught rdming, I will ask the player who reported him if he wants me to warn him or not (or choose to not warn him and only warn him verbally). If it's not the first time he rdmed, I will warn him.

I would bring the user to a roof and ask him to stop killing people, check logs to see who/how many players he killed and gather has much proof as I can to punish him accordingly, tell him to read the rules of course. If I think that warnings are not enough or if it's not the first time that user mass rdms, I will ask a higher ranked staff member to ban him.

I know it didn’t go so well the first time I was staff on ssrp, but I think I matured a lot since that time and I think I am ready to give another try to moderating. I have been playing zarp back for about a month and half now and I saw a lot of things going on, old players in that were a big part of the community are coming back and forth on the servers and they don’t want to involve themselves too much cause of the rule breaking wich is pretty much going constantly. Now, don’t get me wrong as I am not trying to say that the staff team is not working hard to get rid of them , but that they are having difficulty to handle and be aware of it all because staff is getting rarer and rarer. There is only 3 moderators and 8 administrators to manage a whole community (I know there are superadmin+, but here i am talking about the staff ranks wich were once filled with a lot of users). And of course, the staff members have lives too and want to enjoy their time as much as other players so they cant be administrating the server 24/7.

Wich brings me back to my return on zarp, since I have joined zarp back I witnessed a lot of rulebreaking while no staff was on. I am playing a lot with my gang on S3 and because of S1 having more players, it’s normal for the staff to be more active on S1. This gives a big opportunity to rulebreakers as some are aware of this. I think that it ruins the experience of some other players and mine, and I would like to be able to change that and make the others enjoy their time on our servers, I already have some experience in server administration wich I got from administrating other servers and zarp too, I would love to be part of the zarp staff team again.
