Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone Mass RDMed - Random deathmatch, and instantly leaves I would ban them for 1-2 days. the ban could be more depends on how many times they have done it before!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

the player X that got banned for exploiting, I would first talk with the staff member that punished him and ask for his story if he remembers. I would look at their bans and if its the first time getting banned and is are sorry for the punishement and want to be become a better player with knowlegde of the rules I will consider to unban them because I give them a chance and hopefully not fuck up. If he get caught for exploiting again then He will get banned instantly.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I was a ex-admin on ttt dr ph and murder and have a lot of experience with being staff. I love to help people with if they need anything or want to apply for TTT to help the server out so I can help them. If the server needs my help I would always try so fast as possible to come online and help the server even if I have to go to bed if the server is still busy and a lot of reports going on I would try to help and others aswell.
