Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

When a user Mass RDMs and then LTAPs (Leaves to Avoid Punishment) then they can be banned. The length of this ban ranges, usually for 24 hours, however, if the user has multiple recent(ish) bans, then they can be banned for longer.

Another scenario where it's acceptable to use the ban command is when a user has too many recent punishments. I believe the minimum is 8 recent punishments in the last two weeks, however, this may have changed. If so, I will be corrected.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would speak to the staff members involved in the original ban to find an idea of how the player acted during his exploit and just to get all the information. Then, depending on the sincerity of the appeal, I would most likely accept it, but reduce the length of the ban. I would also recommend to the user that he plays on another Zarp server and show a good attitude there, to get the ban completely removed. This would also be the case if I deemed that the perma-ban should remain.

Why I should be ~~promoted~~ accepted (we recommend around 100 words):

I believe that I would make a good admin, as I possess the experience needed from previously holding the position of super admin. I know all the rules, and I like to help users follow them. I'm also very friendly, and when people are stuck or confused, I'll help explain the situation to them to avoid future mistakes. I originally applied for moderator as my activity was relatively poor, but by the time of the meeting, I will have over 2 weeks of activity, which I believe to be enough to show my dedication. In my opinion, I was a good SA. Especially when it came to helping out new moderators with getting stuff right, and as an admin, I would still be able to do this. Speak to (almost) anyone who has played with me, and they (hopefully) will tell you that I'm a good, likeable guy who would be a good staff member. Thanks for reading, and I would genuinely love some feedback. Plox accept ty.
