Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: Mass RDM + Ltap

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? if say the person who banned the player perma banned someone for exploit i would think and trust the staff memeber that they got some kind of permition from a higher up LT member. but if not i would prob question their desition to if it is okey to permaban someone for exploit and what they did for kind of exploint. then maybe talk to a LT member. and wether or not i get to unban/reduce the ban compleatly falls on what the LT tells me, what the staff tells me and if the evidence to the banned player is gucci

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): i used to be SA, i know the rules, i am pretty active, i think the holy hand granade would be a good add for TTT, Davidov007 is bad @Terraria, And i love noodles
