Suggestion Title: Suit Timer

How would it benefit the server: so instead of saying "[INVENTORY] You need to wait 30 seconds to wear another outfit.", it should tell you how long you have until you can reequip the suit which is more beneficial and actually helps if your trying to equip instead of it saying [INVENTORY] You need to wait 30 seconds to wear another outfit.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can think off

What I mean by this instead off it saying [INVENTORY] You need to wait 30 seconds to wear another outfit. it could say [INVENTORY] You need to wait 5 seconds to wear another outfit. so you actually have the exact amount off time until the next reequip
