I am almost more than sure that it had nothing to do with saying nvm in the F1. The F1 involved a racial slur and 5 seconds after you posted it you made a new one saying "nvm". But of course a higher up can give more insight on the matter.

Also if it was a problem why didn't you appeal it the day it happened?
