Traitors already have access to C4s and suicide bombs that, in the right scenario, can cause a lot of damage and kill several innocents. Nevermind the plethora of specialist grenades they also have access to. I'd rather not have the traitors being able to buy another powerful explosive weapon and not have to suffer a penalty as they already have a lot of weapons that enable them to do just that.
