Not really unlimited. It only heals 25 at a time, that's nothing.

You're forgetting that this is all happening WHILST you're playing TTT. You can get KOSed, outgunned, picked out by process of elimination by tester, etc. The longer you live, the more chances there are of you dying.

IMO This suggestion is a lot less of an issue than the poision dart rifle being without any limit. Silent gun, 3 bullets, if you aim your shots that basically 3 dead people for 1 credit. I think 3 dead people vs you having 25 health is pretty substantial.
