Walkie Talkie!

How would it benefit the server:
It would be a cool thing to have. We currently have gang and group chat, but in intense battles, it can be hard to communicate with each other if they aren't in for example Ts/Discord.
It would work like some sort of item you equip, select a channel between 1-50 / 1-100 and then you can communcate with each other. Other people can also select this channel if they spend some time going through all the channels, which can give them some inside information. So it's a fun item to have but also risky if you're doing something important.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Possible exploits where you can communicate without using the actual item.
