first of all I don't think staff should punish people based on previous mistakes "unless they are a major ones " ya i am an old player but it ain't clear I'm the rules like read rule 1.5 and you will see what I mean. And in the rule he stated that it was bright skin and it's dark blue

It's a lot more clearly visable compared to the normal colours though.

man how come and I have seen people with white gluons how's that isn't visible and mine is and it could of went like custom skins are allowed except Bright colors even tho it ain't bright.
