Those arent scenarios, those are just the reason why you could KOS someone.

A scenario(+ the Reason) would be something along this lines

Nina/Johnny/Monty/ElNino runs over an Unid body and completly ignores it and keeps going. Nepgear saw all of this happening and decides to kill him, after that. Nepgear was allowed to kill Nina/Johnny/Monty/ElNino, due to him not iding the body and completly ignoring it.
