Because it wouldn't be possible since it's a whole new PS and actually is better than the previous PS where your items would literally disappear from your inventory which happened so often to the point of having to get this done and released

Doesn't mean that you had to disable VIP from giving double points and remove all the skins...

Because it's not been done in the new PS yet and some skins will come back but there were a number of skins that were incredibly stupid and will not be coming back such as jack skellington, left shark, etc
