We have reset the password manually. Check your registered email address for the new password. After logging in you can make a transfer request on the forums for your ZARP VIP

Update: If you did not receive the email it may be because we received a bounceback email saying it was an invalid email address. In this case please contact us here zarpgaming.com/index.php/help/contact include the username, name on the account and Steam ID linked to the account so we can identify you as the owner and send the password to a new email address.
