I think you should give the template another read, in the "KOS related questions" it asks for an example and it's scenario you've only given us half of your answer in that regard. In the "why I should be chosen" part you've only put 15 words (of which seem to lack seriousness) when it clearly states that it's recommended to put around 100. I personally don't mind if your application lacks detail, but with that being said you should at least fill in the "bare minimum".
