Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
-If a player has 7 or more recent punishments
-If a player Mass RDM's (3 or more players) and leaves to avoid punishment
-If a player is constantly using discriminatory remarks
-If a player Mass RDM's multiple times

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted:
I once held the rank of Super Administrator on the server which shows that I know the rules and commands well along with showing that I can be trusted with powers. I have a good attitude towards both staff and users and I can be mature when I want to. I have recently regained an interest in playing the server again and I now have the time to play more. I check forums very frequently and hop onto teamspeak frequently as well. I understand that I might be lacking with activity but I will play as much as I can until the meeting. Hopefully that's enough

[spoiler=If Accepted]Hello player x, after taking a look at your appeal and speaking to the staff member who punished you, I have decided to accept this appeal, reason being that it has been quite some time and you seem to be apologetic. However, you should remember that exploiting is strictly against the rules and if this happens again, you will be banned once again. I would recommend reading the server rules if you haven't already.
