I believe you have never been banned or community banned so it might be a bit hard to notice, but as soon as you physically lose something important (it might not even be important) then after some time you realize your mistakes.
As a Community Manager you should believe in people, noone is born a rulebreaker and many mistakes are connected to immaturity and age of a user.
To one person some stuff will realize after shorter time, for some other after longer time, but ultimately 90% of people will understand their mistakes.
I know people can change their ways - I have seen it first hand. Bear in mind, XxMasterxX was lead team on my server and ignored numerous warnings about his behaviour but still continued to do so out of his own volition.
He KNEW he could get banned for shit like this but continued to do it anyway and ended up being banned and losing his rank on Deathrun in tandem.
Forgive me for wanting to protect the community and its best interests but I'm not at all swayed by a copy pasted appeal and no effort put into other areas of the community
