Suggestion Title: Allow the use of aspirin by cops or an alternative way to remove the effects of nerve gas

How would it benefit the server: Right now if you are a cop, there is no way appart from dying to get rid of the effects of nerve gas wich is pretty bad if u prefer to not die. Also, i think that it would be normal for some types of drugs to be legal (eg. Aspirin) and others beign illegal (eg. LSD, Melon Kick,etc)
