RDM (Random Death Matching) Means that someone is being killed without any proper roleplay reason.
Example: Player A is a banker and he is walking around on spawn. Player B (Gangster) appears and ask Player A about his day. Player A says that he is all right and then Player B kills him without any proper reason at all.

NLR (New Life Rule) Means that you cannot return to the area where you died. This applies for 3 minutes, also you cannot remember anything from your past life (this includes your killer, and it should be considered in a RP matter).
Example: Player A has build a base in the Crack House District. He is holding printers and drugs inside. Group of few gangsters appears and successfully raids his base which results in Player's A death. Player A claims his revenge inside of the Crack House District within 3 minutes of NLR.

First of all I need to claim the report and teleport to the Player A to see if he is available for admin sit right now. If he agrees then I take him to a safe spot (propable on of the rooftops) and listen to his explanation. I would immediately ask for any proof that would support his side of the story. Right after that it would be time to get Player B to the rooftop and listen to his words. According to previous steps a decision to instruct or to warn will be made depending on the proof provided.

An instant decision will be made to teleport this player to the rooftop and freeze him. I would require an explanation of such action. Rulebreaker would receive a warning, if such activite would continue afterwards I would either repeat previous action in case of lack of Admin online, or try to contact the Admin to ban him.

It's been a long time with me in the ZARP community. I need to admit that I've caused a lot of good along with a lot of bad in the past. I've both proven to be a trustworthy staff member and an ungrateful minge that would not appreciate his position in the community. A man gets wiser with age, and god bless for that. Only after certain amount of time I could notice how much I actually lost by leaving community and causing some troubles meanwhile. I am glad that you were so humble to give me another chance, that's why I am not going to waste it.

Let's start by experience: My time in Garry's Mod is currently at around 2700 hours. I was an admin, moderator for many servers along with ZARP ones. I'm an amateur mapper and quite a decent programmer. During my "lifetime" in the game I've handled many different and somewhat difficult situations between players, most of which resulted in a success.

Server is not as populated as it used to be in the past, nonetheless most can notice a lack of active staff who actually does the F1's. It's not a blame in team's direction - I understand, everyone has his own life and priorities, that's a fair number of people in team allows it to do a good job. I want to help as much as I can, there is nothing else behind it.

You might want to ask, why applying straight after returning to the community? Time is of the essence and I am willing to revert mistakes of the past by proving myself again. I am coming back with nothing but good will and time to make ZARP a better place for players.
