well lets start with your app. There is nothing I can really say about your app, except that it looks quite nice (especially for a mod app from someone that never applied before on the forums) and it looks very detailed.

There is just one thing I dont like and it is your first reason to kos someone, well technically you would be allowed to kill this guy, but it would not really function well as a KOS reason. A KOS reason imo is there for other to know who to kill and if you would kos someone for that and someone would follow that, they would end up getting punished for it. So it isnt the best example imo.

I am pretty sure that I have seen you plenty times on the server when I was playing on it and your gametracker shows that you are very active on the server. However I cant really judge on your attitude that much, due to me not really interacting with you all that much(but from what I have seen you seem like a nice guy). I am not quite sure about this, but as far as I can remember when I last checked your recents that you had like 2 (could be me just being dumb and mistaken someone elses rapsheet) I'll make sure to remove this last bit, if it turns out that this isnt true

Anyways, all in one you seem like a good candidate and I can see that you put a lot of effort into getting accepted
