Jim_Jam Bim_Bam & Darling game me permission to apply for administrator.

Regarding my two recent punishments I made a pepega and shot an innocent by accident but I took the slay regardless since it was my mistake, the other one I've honestly no idea why that was issued as I pushed a guy and he then preceded to walk off the edge and die. The staff member didn't even open a chat even though the report went something like Reporter: *why'd you kill your own teammate* Me: *I killed you?*, but since I really needed to be getting off at the time and had not been recording I once again decided to just take it.

Explain situations where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

If someone has too recent punishments (for example 7), though before banning them it is kind to give them one last chance by telling them that if they break one more rule they're going to get banned, which should be done when you believe a player is one punishment away from becoming an "abusive player" (in this case that would be done at 6 punishments). An example would be if a user has 6 punishments and you tell them via !psay not to get anymore punishments within the next couple of days/week or they’ll receive a ban. You could contact/ban them with less recent punishments if they are severe enough, I just chose 6-7 as that's a more common scenario.

If someone repeats offenses, clearly not following the rules with the intent to harm other people (A player is being racist or homophobic in text chat or through voice chat, you've tgagged/tmuted on the first offence and they decide to continue then you can ban them on the second offence).

If someone Mass RDM's and you autoslay them for 2-3 rounds, and they continue after being punished you can ban them.

If a player joins the server and Mass RDMs (kills 3 or more people), then leaves to avoid punishment.

If someone is ban evading on an alternate account.

If someone continues to Ghost after being given a warning or if they have a prior punishment for ghosting that is still recent.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would read the post to see if it's something that I can handle and then claim the case by replying to the appeal with "I'm handling". I will then get in contact with the necessary people (if any) and gather all relevant information. Once all of that is done I will and post my response and sort things out, unless it was denied ofc. Belows an example of how I would respond ("in rough terms")

I’ve read through your appeal and spoken with the staff member responsible for your ban, since this is your first ban you should not have been banned so extensively. We normally ban someone for 1-3 days on the first ban. Furthermore it seems that you only had 5 recent punishments that are rather minor rulebreaks which isn't enough to warrant a ban. The staff has been spoken to and now knows better and is sorry for his actions and would like to apologize for his mistakes. I'm going to lift your ban completely, however I'd like you to be extra careful in the coming weeks and just in general to bee honest. We thank you for taking the time to make this appeal, it is much appreciated!

I'd like to become an Administrator as I enjoy helping others and the work that revolves around that (especially as a Lead Team member) as it to some extent resembles the work I do at my job as a Data technician. I finally seem to have a bit more time on my hands so I can focus on more than just playing Rust. Given my past I hope that you'll allow me to administrate once again, although I'm aware that I hadn't been around that much towards the end of my last sitting, not that there was much I could do about it as sometimes things just turn up out of nowhere.
