your time doesnt seem too bad(could be a bit more consitent for my taste but its ok), what I am rather worried about is your knowledge about the rules. Your reasons to kos someone are a bit strange and I can see that you already have 3 recent punishments. Plus you still got your wrong steamID and your app seems kinda rushed. I did not meet you ingame, so I cant judge you on your attitude, but from what I have seen now you seem not like a good candidate to me.
