What everyone is trying to say is that your app lacks a serious amount of effort, and has a misunderstanding of rules. Because I said in the reply above, your Scenario 1 for acceptable kos reasons is not valid at all. You'd be much more qualified for this position if you revised this app and put more effort into it, and if you could re-read the rules, that would be fantastic, but you have fixed your application which is alright. However I still hope you re-read the rules so you won't have any misunderstanding/issues with the rules.
