The thing already happened so I can't come out of jail and kill the person who arrested me that falls under rdm
This is what I can see from your video. If I am wrong you can correct me.
-You are in a fight with clarky and arrest him
-Shortly after NA1 kills you for arresting clarky.
-NA1 gets arrested
-You get defibbed by another cop
-Clarky kills you because you are technically in the same life (since you was defibed) and clarky was standing close by/behind you the whole time.
Was this rdm? no. Its a valid kill as long as this is what happened and how it was played.
