I was reported for killing someone because i thought they were a T (they were)

Scenario:
I was walking about doing my business as an innocent
I was shot in the back by someone (chespin)
But I assumed it was the person running away into the tower because they were behind me because i didn't know at the time it was chespin
I chased and killed them
They died and were a traitor

I thought i was in the right but then he reported me i thought i was doing the right thing by killing him but turns out i looked at the logs next round and turns out chespin (traitor) shot me in the back

May i have this warn appealed since it was a misunderstanding from both sides, i apologise to the person i wrongly killed
