Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
* There is a user with several active punishments and they keep breaking rules.
* There is a user who just scammed somebody.
* A user is spawning a lot of props, trying to crash or damage the server(s).


Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:

The F1 menu contains of Admin Requests, Warnings, Logging and Active NLR.

Admin Request
Inside of the "Admin Requests" tab you can find people who are in need of a staff member to help them out.
The F1's are in a priority order from top to bottom and you should never skip request unless people are in help as soon as possible, such as them being stuck, there's a person propushing etc.
You handle the report and then you can teleport to the player, bring them, Mark as finished, Abort handling or you can copy the reason, reporter's SteamID or the time when it occured.

Warnings
Inside of the "Warnings" tab you can find players who have been warned within a specific amount of time. By right clicking their name, you can warn the user again, remove their warning or copy the users steamID, the Staff members SteamID or copy the amount of recent punishments they have.

Logging
In logging you get a view of kill logs, job changes, name changes, arrests/unarrests, disconnects/joins, car scraps and money drops. This tab is really useful for a staff member to use to see what happened when they are handling a report against another user..

Active NLR
This tab shows all the active NLR of players and in what district and how much time they have left. This tab is useful if you are on duty and you want to see what is happening around the map.


Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.

First, I would tell the user kindly to stop. If the user keeps on going, I would check their rapsheet and see if they have been punished for something similar before. If they haven't, I would tell them to stop once again. If they have a mute or warning for something similar, I would mute them for 5 minutes. If they start doing that again, after the mute. I would mute them for 10 minutes. If they start doing that again, I would issue a ban depending on their rapsheet and punishments.


Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.

First, I would look at when the punishment was issued and I would look at their rapsheet and see if they have been punished for something similar or if they have any long term bans. Spamming props to damage a server is something bad and should always be taken seriously. If the user doesn't have any history of damaging or trying to damage the server, and they sound really apologetic, I would just unban the user if its been some time. If the ban was recently placed, I would deny the appeal, saying they need to wait some time before having a chance of getting unbanned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I think I should be promoted because I have gained my trust back. I am one of the most active staff members and I deal with a lot of people on a daily basis. Being a Moderator and being one of the most active players is tough, especially with the few powers that you actually have to work with. I am a respectful guy and I think I have enough trust to climb the ranks again. I have deep knowledge of the rules and I've done a great job since I got Moderator
