[SSRP Suggestion] Unboxing notification!

Suggestion Title:
Unbox notification

How would it benefit the server:
It's cool when people open a special case on SSRP and get some cool or bad. I think it should be like in CS:GO.
When you open a case, a message should pop up in chat saying something along the lines as

"Jakob just opened a Magik Box and got a Magik Printer!"
"Jakob just Cracked a Golden Egg and got a Minigun 2.0!
"Jakob just opened a Ice Case and got a EVO Suit!
You get my point

People get hyped when someone unboxes a case and gets something really cool so It'd be cool to have something that comes up in chat to see what people actually get, so they don't have to make screenshots and post in OOC for people to believe them

Potential Issues/Exploits:
If people have 100s of a case, It would spam the ooc. But since they are special and people don't have thousands, it shouldn't be an issue.
Blueprint cases and Weapon cases are not included in this suggestion as there are so many of them each update.

Additional notes:
Would be a great thing to have yes?
