After messaging the cm team and mainly Uzi on discord we have came to the conclusion that it far to early for you to be unbanned. The reasoning for this is you was crashing the server on purpose after being told not to do it by uzi. Along with this you held a high staffing rank on another server and thought this was okay to do. Shortly after your ban you some how managed to bypass your ban on S3 and apparently done this again. If you are looking to get unbanned I'd suggest doing the following;
Play pointshop servers,
Show a change in attitude,
Put more effort into your appeal.
