Recent punishments do not go just because you have waited out your ban. Your recent punishments last 2 weeks from the date you get them. Within the time your ban was up you have manged to already rdm/attempt rdm multiple people. You are using the excuse "i wanted to throw it in the sky"
This is where you threw it. You also killed 2-3 aswell as damage about 5-6 other people. From seeing your rapsheet your last 2 warnings was both for rdm and your ban was for homophobia, As shown in the screenshot below.

Clearly you are not learning from your mistakes if you want to keep using explosives in a crowed area and should possible stop being stupid with them overall.
