" After i made the user wanted calr flew over froze me i told him why i made him wanted and then he warned me after i saw the wanted criminal standing so i arrested him calr then froze me again and gave me a wan for rda

i think the warns are bs. i dont see anything that says i cant arrest a most wanted criminal or make a most wanted criminal wanted.
