Rewind Mode

How / why would this benefit the Surf server:

This is a surf/bhop mode that used to be on this server and I actually really liked playing with it.
It's pretty useful for new surf players who make mistakes by falling of ramps.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Additional notes:

This is a thing that is already been worked on in the surf hard server so I'm pretty sure it works perfectly.
